Glamis Sand Dunes Engagement Session

Ambar + William reached out to me when they saw the sand dunes on my destination bucket list. Just engaged looking to document this chapter of life in an epic location. We set a date for May 22 and starting planning. Fast forward to the day of our shoot, i'm driving down the 15-south freeway and all the roads were CLOSED to San Diego ( where I was meeting Ambar and William to carpool out to the dunes) due to a FIRE on the freeway. Panicking, I called Ambar and explained that there was no way we were going to make it to the dunes with light left to shoot. They were ANGELS about rescheduling, so on October 16 we were finally able to try again and... you guessed it... no fire!!  The results of our photoshoot brought the heat instead.
